Brief Description

International Priority Scholarship, also known as IPS, is an Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship offered by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.

IPS provides the opportunities for youths graduated from Senior High School Students for Undergraduate Program and Undergraduate Students for Postgraduate Program in developing countries.

Fields Study

Undergraduate
All Undergraduate Programmes (both Regular and International Class) that are available at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Regular Class uses Bahasa as a medium of instruction whereas International Class is offered in English except Islamic Studies is offred in Arabic.
Postgraduate
All Postgraduate Programmes offered in Bahasa Indonesia except Magister Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (Master of English Education) which delivered in English.

Scholarship Value/ Inclusions/ Duration

Undergraduate
The scholarship benefits generally include: tuition fees waive, on campus health services, and Bahasa Indonesia For International Students (BIPA) course for those who wish to apply in Regular Program. The scholarships are offered for 8 semesters.
Postgraduate
The scholarship benefits generally include: tuition fees waive, on campus health services, and Bahasa Indonesia For International Students (BIPA) course for 2 semester. The scholarships are offered for 4 semesters for Master Program & 6 Semester for Doctoral Program.

        5. Regular Class: Deliver in Bahasa, you have to join Bahasa class in the first semester for 1 year.

        International Class: Delivered in English, please provide English Proficiency certificate.

        International Class (Islamic Education): Delivered in arabic, please provide arabic Proficiency certificate.
